Harry C. Katz is the Kenneth F. Kahn Dean and the Jack Sheinkman Professor of Collective Bargaining at the Cornell University ILR School. He received his PhD in economics from the University of California at Berkeley. After teaching at MIT he came to Cornell in 1985.
