April 7th -- Young Alumni 'Big Red' Wine Tasting with Fondue at Melting Pot In tribute to the Cornell Big Red, owner of the Melting Pot Restaurant, Jim Materese, CALS '00, has put together a tasting of some great "Big Red" wines from his restaurant's wine list and cordially invited other Cornell young alumni to join him for an evening of fondue and wine. Jim and his staff have expertly paired each wine with delicious cheese fondues, chicken and beef satays and chocolate fondues.
