On March 2nd, over 50 Cornellians and members from the Buffalo community came together for dinner at The Buffalo Club to recognize Dr. Drucy Borowitz M.D. '79 as the Cornell Club of Greater Buffalo's distinguished alumna for 2011. Dr. Borowitz presented an address on the recent medical breakthroughs that have helped to 'unravel the mysteries' behind cystic fibrosis, after which she was presented with a certificate and a gift by Club Treasurer Richard Scherer '07.

The Club was privileged to have the Hon. Norman Joslin Law '53 in attendance. Norm closed the evening with a stirring rendition of the Alma Mater.
